How does Sizing & Condition work?

At PlugMePlease all our sneakers are brand new, never worn with tags. When it comes to clothing we grade the condition of items in a scale:

10/10 – This product is brand new, never worn.

9/10 – Tried on once or stored for a long time but has no flaws.

8/10 – No apparent flaws, maybe 1 slight mark here and there.

7/10 – Slight cracking to print, fabric wear, small creases.

6/10 – Completely worn in.

Keep in mind, our vintage products come in a vintage condition meaning that non-stated flaws/wear can occur due to ageing (i.e. fading, rips, stains).

For sizing:

True to size – This item fits as normal

One Size Up – This Item fits smaller

One Size Down – This item fits bigger

For Pants we recommend sticking to your true size unless otherwise stated.

Vintage items are sized according to the fit. For example, a tee may be size XL but fit more like a size M therefore it will list it as a size M on our webshop.

For sneakers we recommend referring to the original manufacturers’s size guide. If you are still unsure about the sizing or condition of a product, do not hesitate to email us at contact@plugmeplease.com.

We work with different sources to determine sale prices systematically using a myriad of factors such as product condition, rarity, and size availability.

Are all products authentic?

All shoes and clothing are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants. Buy with confidence as all shoes and clothing listed for sale are thoroughly inspected by our knowledgeable staff for authenticity and condition.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide (over 220 countries).

Is the stock on your webshop the same as the stock instore?

Our physical store in Stockholm offers a much wider range of items than our webshop.

How can I determine what shoe size to order?

To help determine appropriate sizing, we recommend referring to the original manufacturer’s size guide.

When will my order arrive?

All orders will be dispatched from us within 1-3 working days. Once an order ships, the customer will receive an e-mail notifying with the given tracking information. Find more information here.

Will customs and duties be included for international orders?

Within the European Union orders are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the final price. Outside the European Union all orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Meaning duties and taxes may apply once the items arrives. We strive to make sure no extra duties and taxes apply.

What is the return and exchange policy at PlugMePlease?

If you live in Europe you will have the availability to return your order within 14 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges, but your product can be returned for a refund and you may proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.

Are the products Brand New?

The sneakers we offer on our webshop are all entirely Brand New (DS). We do however offer pre-owned sneakers at our store in Stockholm. The clothing we offer is a combination of Brand New and Pre-owned garments. Our clothing is graded in the item description according to our condition scale.
