For all online customer services, order enquiries and questions send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or visit our store in Stockholm. All customer inquiries will be answered within 24 hours.
Every product is brand new unless stated and 100% authentic either verified by our staff. We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants. Shop with confidence as all shoes offered for sale are thoroughly inspected by our knowledgeable staff for condition and authenticity.
Purchases placed on a weekday will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. Purchases placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. All orders will then be dispatched from us within 1-3 working days. In the case of any delay to processing or dispatching times, you will be notified by email.
We use fully tracked shipping methods and you can check the status of your package at any time using the link in the shipping notification.
In the event that a sold-out item has been purchased or a product has been listed at the incorrect price or listed with incorrect descriptive information or image due to a typographical error or similar genuine mistake, PlugMePlease reserve the right to cancel the transaction. You wlll be notified by email as soon as possible and offered either a suitable replacement or a full refund.
Taxes & Duties
Within the European Union orders are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the final price.
Outside the European Union all orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Meaning your order duties and import taxes are paid upon delivery, which are levied by your local customs authority or the used shipping carrier.Outside the European Union all orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Meaning duties and taxes may apply once the items arrives. We strive to make sure no extra duties and taxes applies.
PlugMePlease does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay the fees. If you refuse to pay for customs and the package is returned to us and we can not refund you for the shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy only applies to orders within Europe. If you are based outside of Europe we do not offer any return policy meaning all sales are final.
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
– Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
– Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
– Be returned with original tags and packaging
Footwear must be returned with the original shoe box and accesories as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box in order to prevent damage during shipping.
Shipping fees for the return is paid by the buyer. Please insure all packages with a tracking number.
PlugMePlease reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
Upon receiving the returned item, we inspect the goods prior to processing the refund. Once inspection is passed. A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns if you are based in Europe. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.
Selling & Trading
When selling/trading your items with us a valid government issued ID is required. All deals are final and can not be returned.

All personal information saved at the site will be handled with the utmost care. PlugMePlease treats all personal information confidential and it will not be sold or used for any other purposes than to process and fulfill your order and ensure the best service possible. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. You have the right to request access to your data and if there is anything wrong you may have it changed or removed. If this is the case, send us an e-mail clearly stating your name, e-mail address and a short description of the matter.

PlugMePlease trademarks may not be used without the written permission of PlugMePlease and specifically should not be used in connection with any other product or service, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits PlugMePlease.
All information, including, without limitation the design of the site, and all information, text, graphics, images, illustrations, logos, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written or other materials software and all HTML, CGI and other codes and scripts in any format used to implement, or featured on, the site (content) are the property of PlugMePlease, its merchandise suppliers, or its licensors. The overall design and appearance of this site is the proprietary trade dress of PlugMePlease.
You may not copy, modify, upload, download, transmit, (re)publish, create derivative works from, sell, re-sell or otherwise distribute or exploit any content from the site except as expressly permitted by these terms. Doing so will violate PlugMePlease copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights.
