Bapesta “Daft Punk”
When Nigo asked Daft Punk to make a beat for the Teriyaki Boyz album. In the deal, was to make a Daft Punk bapesta, inspired by the famous robot suits designed by Hedi Slimane. With a simple black base, the Bapesta features the iconic silver and gold touches as a nod to the two robot helmets and the classic Daft Punk logo embossed on the heel. Only 100 pairs are said to be produced, with a handful going to Daft Punk and Nigo’s friends and family and the remaining few for retail.
